Refunds are available only if the order has not yet been processed or delivered. Once an item is delivered, refunds are subject to the store or service provider's policy.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, such as perishable goods, digital items, or services already rendered.

4. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, but timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed by the store or provider. Once confirmed, cancellation is at the provider's discretion.
