We want your HillsGO experience to be smooth and transparent.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before it is accepted by the service provider or e-store partner. Once the order is in progress, cancellation may not always be possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders that have not been processed or delivered. For services already started by a worker or items already dispatched, refunds may not be available.
Refund Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

- Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
- HillsGO is not responsible for delays due to external payment gateways.
- For disputes or special cases, our support team will assist personally.
